Marie-Christine – Sales Manager Grand Est
Native alsatian, Marie-Christine undertakes accounting studies and obtains her company’s management and administrations degree in 1999. Very quickly, she realizes that this field is not made for her and decides to start her career, first as a temporary worker at Extand’s after-sales service and then as a recruitment officer at Adecco.
Her desire to learn and discover other horizons pushes her to resume her studies 2-years later.
She had the chance to travel a lot as a child and she has always been fascinated by the tourist guides she met, so she naturally took the tourism route.
After, she joins a tourism management master’s degree in Marseille and accumulate internships: at the ‘Pierre & Vacances’ reception, in ‘Vacances Bleues’ quality control and at the Colmar Tourist Office.
This trip of three years in the south of France revealed to Marie-Christine a real passion for hotel business industry and another one for her native region: Alsace, she does not now see herself living elsewhere!
In 2005, she decided to go back to her roots and integrate as a sales person the Strasbourg Hilton group.A year later, as she no longer agreed company’s policy, she decides to look for a new challenge.
In 2006, she joined Roi Soleil hotel team and took in charge the marketing of six 2-star hotels, including the Roi Soleil Amnéville-les-thermes hotel in construction on her arrival.
For 10 years, she took care of the marketing of this hotel chain in full development and participates in the launch of two 3-stars hotels “Prestige”, in Colmar, and Saint-Avold in Lorraine.
In 2017, the Roi Soleil hotels have been bought by the NEHÔ France group, which has its headquarters in Nice. Marie-Christine is actively involved in the team work on the new marketing and sales policy and the technological evolution of Roi Soleil hotels. Her market knowledge, her reactivity, and her professionalism are essential to the Neho group management, in the on-site deployment of the new strategy.
She is now a valuable pair, with Noémie Sherkhan, as external sales persons for East region.
Energetic, well organized and totally dedicated to her clients, Marie-Christine has found her way and appreciates above all the human contact and the proximity with the hotels.
Her hobbies? A great gourmet, she spends a lot of time baking, to the delight of her little boy. She is also passionate about guitar, an instrument she has been practicing for ten years
Michèle, Receptionnist in Strasbourg Mundolsheim
Originally from Strasbourg, Michèle turned to secretarial studies very early and began her career at the Apave.
Three years later, an opportunity allows her to integrate the Bosch company in Germany.
She is assigned to the subsidiary in charge of the car engines.
Thanks to her involvement and tenacity, she is rapidly evolving, and at just 21 years old, she becomes a line driver and takes responsibility for quality monitoring on the electric seat assembly line.
Twenty years later, wishing to return to France and looking for a new job with client contact, she chose to follow a training in hospitality at the Afpa.
Her first internship at the hotel and restaurant “Le Relais de la Poste” in La Wantzenau, near Strasbourg, only reinforces her choice of career.
Chance would have it ! in 2011, her daughter, also in hospitality training, is doing an internship at the hotel Roi Soleil Strasbourg Mundolsheim. Through her, Michèle learns that a receptionist position is vacant. She applies … and the magic operates.
She has found for 6 years what she was looking for: a job of contact with offbeat schedules in a friendly and family work atmosphere.
Her interests: her daughter, and enjoy the simple moments of life (outings, restaurant, cinema …)

Caroline, Assistant Manager of the Hotel** Roi Soleil Colmar
100% Alsatian, Caroline is native of the pretty town of Colmar.
With a mom working in restaurants, it is quite naturally that she begins a training in catering.
Willing to quickly enter into working life, she chose an apprenticeship program and joined the team of the restaurant “Au Vieux Porche” in Eguisheim near Colmar.
Restaurant service, banquet and wedding, she discovers the many facets of the world of catering.
In 2002, she decided to pursue her studies and expand her field of vision with a BAC PRO in service and sales.
Caroline chose to do her apprenticeship in the “Auberge du Cheval Blanc”, a 4-star hotel with a gourmet restaurant (2 Michelin stars).
This experience allows her to discover the hotel business and to understand the versatility of the job.
In 2003, she joined the Roi Soleil hotels, eight 2 & 3-star hotels in Alsace-Lorraine (establishments of NEHÔ group since June 2017).
She has since been part of the team of the hotel ** Roi Soleil Colmar that she integrated first as a receptionist part-time, then full-time. Her professionalism, and her involvement throughout these years, have allowed her to be promoted to the position of Assistant Manager.
Eclectic person, she likes to welcome her clients but also the work of in backoffice.
Quadrilingual, she speaks fluently German, English and of course, Alsatian.
Her passions ? her two little boys and football!
Fervent supporter of the Racing Club of Strasbourg, it could not be otherwise with two passionate children, and a husband working as a coach …
François BJENIO, General Manager of the Hôtel **Roi Soleil Prestige Saint-Avold
Native from Reims, François left to do his military service in 1988, and was in charge of the armory.
On his return, an opportunity arises and he begins his career in hotels in his region, for Accor, as receptionist.
He learns the basics of the job and this experience only confirms the legitimacy of his choices.
Francois quickly felt the desire to evolve and successively accepted several positions as receptionist, and front office manager in France but also in Belgium.
Willing to hold a management position, in 1995 he attended a training course which allowed him to take the direction of the Vimhotel residence and then the hotel Club du Soleil in Valmorel.
Sun (soleil in French) … his lucky star, watches over him, since in 2006, he joined the hotels ROI SOLEIL in Kingersheim.
Seven years later, he was entrusted with the management of the second Prestige hotel *** of the group in Saint-Avold, Lorraine. He will supervise all the stages related to the opening: follow-up of the construction, recruitment, layout, inauguration …

Since June 2017, NEHÔ is in charge of ROI SOLEIL hotels and it is with enthusiasm that François shares his know-how.
What does he prefer in his job? Above all, he likes to share his knowledge with his teams. Every day is different and enriching. Perfectly bilingual in English, his career has enabled him to acquire new skills and he can now welcome you in his establishment in German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Polish.
His passions ? His two children and swimming.
But he also likes to relax by fishing or playing pétanque, he has also participated in the championship of the League and the championship of France.
NEHÔ regularly organizes pétanque tournaments in-house, we only have to cross the fingers to be part of his team!
