Non-guaranteed reservations :
Roi Soleil Hotels guarantee your reservation until 6:00pm on the evening of your arrival. If you have not checked in by 6:00pm, your reservation will be cancelled. Contact the hotel in the case of unplanned delays.
Guaranteed reservations :
All reservations with a deposit for the first night or a credit card number are guaranteed until 10:00pm (closing of reception desk).
After 10:00pm, an automatic room distributor enables you to check in to your previously reserved room using a credit card and a reservation number supplied by hotel reception. All guaranteed reservations are considered firm sales and bear full billing for the first night and the cancellation for the remainder of the stay.
The maximum number of guests authorized to stay in one room is 2 adults.
We remind you that rooms are available beginning at 1:00pm and should be checked out of by 11:00am.
